Fashions – The Polo Shirt by René Lacoste

René Lacoste's famous polo shirt with the crocodile was destined to become one of modern-day fashion's great classics, worn by the elite and working class alike. Unshakeable, it has been in existence for over 80 years and has had no problem crossing geographical and social boundaries. And yet, this mainstay of the modern man's wardrobe started out as a declaration of war on long-sleeved male decency.
